Why am I not receiving push notifications?

Downdetector push notifications are available to anyone who has a free Speedtest account.

If you are still not receiving notifications and are using an Android device, you may need to enable notifications in your settings. To do this, go to Settings > Apps and tap on the Speedtest app. You can manage what notifications are allowed from the Speedtest app in that window.
